Data Deletion
You may disconnect a platform account and request deletion of related information at any time.

First, revoke Pet Video Publisher in the connected platform’s account settings. Revocation prevents new API requests but may not remove records already held by the local workflow.
2. Send a deletion request
Email 254100784@qq.com with the subject “Pet Video Publisher Data Deletion.” Include the platform name and the username or account identifier used with the service. Do not include your password, access token, or client secret.
3. Verification
We may request limited information to verify that the request concerns your account. Verification information is used only to process the request.
4. Completion
We aim to acknowledge verified requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will delete associated OAuth credentials, profile references, publishing records, stored content, and support records unless retention is required by law, security needs, or an active dispute. Residual backup copies may remain until the next backup rotation.
5. Confirmation
When deletion is complete, a confirmation will be sent to the requesting email address. For questions, contact 254100784@qq.com.
