Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Pet Video Publisher is operated by Zihao Tang (唐子浩), an individual located in China. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Private beta

The service is currently a private beta with no public registration. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The website does not promise that the application or any platform permission will be approved for production use.

3. Eligible use

You must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to accept these terms, and have authority over every connected account. You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.

4. Content rights and responsibility

You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You grant the service a limited permission to process that content solely to provide the requested workflow. You are responsible for ensuring that videos, product images, music, trademarks, captions, claims, and links are original, licensed, accurate, and lawful.

5. Publishing controls

Before a TikTok upload, the workflow must show the target account and content preview, allow the required publishing settings to be reviewed, and obtain explicit confirmation. You are responsible for privacy selections, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, AI-generated labels, music usage, and final publication.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading infringing, deceptive, illegal, or harmful material.
• Connecting an account without authorization.
• Copying arbitrary content from other platforms for reposting.
• Removing required AI, advertising, sponsorship, or commercial disclosures.
• Attempting to bypass platform review, rate limits, security, or user-consent requirements.

7. Third-party platforms

TikTok, Facebook, AI-generation services, and hosting providers are independent third parties. Their terms, policies, availability, review decisions, and technical limits also apply. Pet Video Publisher is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or Meta.

8. No guarantees

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that generated content will be accurate, that a post will be accepted or published, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, platform enforcement, content claims, account restrictions, or unavailable third-party services.

10. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and revoke platform authorization at any time. The operator may suspend access for misuse or compliance risks. Data deletion requests are described on the Data Deletion page.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Questions may be sent to 254100784@qq.com.
