Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Pet Video Publisher handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Effective August 27, 2026 · Last updated August 27, 20261. Who operates the service
Pet Video Publisher is a privately operated desktop application maintained by Zihao Tang (唐子浩), an individual located in China. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to 254100784@qq.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Pet Video Publisher website and desktop workflow. The service is currently in private beta and does not offer public registration.
3. Information we handle
- Authorization data: identifiers, granted permissions, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiry information received through official OAuth authorization.
- Profile information: basic account information made available by an authorized platform, such as display name, username, open ID, or profile image.
- Content: videos, product references, prompts, captions, publishing choices, commercial-content disclosures, and publishing status.
- Support information: messages and information you send when requesting support or deletion.
- Technical records: limited error, security, and publishing logs needed to operate and protect the workflow.
We do not ask for or store your TikTok or Facebook password.
4. How information is used
- Connect an account you explicitly authorize.
- Prepare content and show a preview before TikTok publishing.
- Upload or publish content after the required confirmation.
- Refresh authorization tokens, report publishing status, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
- Respond to support, access, and deletion requests.
5. Storage and retention
During private beta, OAuth credentials and workflow records are stored on an operator-controlled system and are not committed to public source repositories. Authorization data is retained while a connection remains active. It is deleted after disconnection or a verified deletion request, except where a short backup cycle or legal obligation requires temporary retention. Operational logs are normally retained for no longer than 90 days.
6. Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as necessary with the platform selected for publishing, infrastructure providers used to host the website or process requests, and video-generation providers selected for a workflow. Each third party processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
7. International processing
Because the operator is located in China and connected platforms may operate globally, information may be processed outside your country. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for such processing.
8. Your choices
You may revoke platform authorization through the connected platform, stop using the workflow, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing 254100784@qq.com. See the Data Deletion page for the request process.
9. Security
Secrets and refresh tokens are kept out of public repositories and are intended to be encrypted or stored through protected local configuration. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as the workflow develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page.
